I guess I was wrong
Well upon clicking the links in my post below, I got a Page Cannot Be Displayed. I guess I must have just been seeing an old cached version from my hard drive.

Manitoba Mustang and Ford Association
Today I was contacted by the Webmaster for the Manitoba Mustang and Ford Association. Somehow, going to their forums (www.manitobamustang.com/forums) returns a 403 You Are Not Authorized to View This Page.
It's hosted by Invision Power Boards, so I added index.php to the URL and bam, no problem. But apparently that doesn't work for everyone. So I don't know what's up.
If you want to give it a try, click on this link: www.manitobamustang.com/forums/index.php. Leave a comment if it works or doesn't work.
Just a tip - if you surf around their site, it is really outdated. Only the forums are current.
